🛠️ AI-native Full-stack Engineer
Therapy Support is a Polish SaaS platform for CBT psychotherapists — we automate session documentation, generate clinical notes, and support practice management. We are a small team with a real product, paying clients and European ambitions.
We're looking for an engineer who will own turning client feedback into shipped features and take care of our "AI factory" — a way of working where the whole team, not only developers, can propose and ship product features. Most of our code is written by AI agents. You design how they work, review the output and own what goes to production.
What will you do?
- ▸ Take features from a client request to production — spec, delegation to agents, code review, tests, release
- ▸ Build and evolve multi-agent development pipelines (triage → implementation → tests → review → deploy)
- ▸ Roll out a system where non-developers (customer success, sales, our clinical expert) can safely propose and ship changes
- ▸ Grow our internal team agent so it takes over more operational work
- ▸ Build embedded agents inside the product and take AI features from prototype to stable production
- ▸ Own quality: tests, observability, model costs, security of sensitive data
Who are we looking for?
- ▸ You work agentically every day — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar are your main tools, not a curiosity
- ▸ You have built multi-agent workflows or development pipelines and can talk about them in detail
- ▸ Full-stack experience — React + TypeScript and .NET / C# a plus, cloud (we run on Azure)
- ▸ You understand LLMs from an engineering angle: prompts, tools, context, evals, costs
- ▸ You ship — a working deployment beats a perfect slide
- ▸ Ownership end to end
- ▸ Experience with medical software or sensitive data = big plus
