How to report bugs and issues

Every report from you is very important to us! To find and fix the problem quickly, we need a few specific pieces of information. Below you will find a checklist — just go through these points one by one.

Time of the error Important

Thanks to the time we can find the error in server logs, e.g. "around 4:50 PM" — unless the date and time are visible in the screenshot.

What happened? (what do I see)

Description of the error + exact text of the message, e.g. "Error 500: Internal Server Error appeared"

What was I doing?

Steps that led to the error — step by step, e.g. "I opened the patient profile → Session list → clicked session #3"

Example of a good report

Error 500 when opening a session. I went to the patient profile → Session list → clicked session #3 → after 5 seconds the message "Error: 500" appeared. I refreshed the page — same thing. Time: around 4:50 PM. Chrome on MacBook. Screenshot attached.

If the problem is urgent (e.g. you cannot work), write it clearly — we will address it as a priority.
